Nice shot. I love Veas.

I could be wrong but I think you may have wanted to use a smaller aperture (maybe f/11 or higher).

As far as PP, I quickly did this... dont know if it is too much saturation or anything...

I think this works great for this shot. It's over saturated, but isn't that the point of Vegas?

Reefman, I agree, I should have shot with a higher fstop. I will definitely have to try that next time. I wonder what the water would have looked like with the slower fstop though?

Cyborg, how did you straighten the buildings? Did you the lens distortion tool? Are the buildings slanted because of the barrel/pincushion effect? Will that always happen or can I somehow avoid it by taking the picture straight on instead of tilting the camera upward?

The angle/distortion leaves me with a queasy feeling.

The original is flat color wise, so the I like the saturation of the edit. Also, I agree the barrel distortion is distracting and sharpening needs to be done. Sometimes distortion adds to a pic, but not in this case. I would also correct for this.

Then you have a decent shot in my opinion.

That type of building is very hard to take without a T/S lens.
I used CS3's transform, but I still didn't get it totally correct.
I used a grid and matched the tower cranes for vertical.
