I hope someone can help me. I am one of those people that has not chosen between a PC and a Mac because I like them both. My problem right now is that I need to purchase a new PC. Do I just go to a store like BestBuy and get the best that I can afford or can anyone tell me how to go about purchasing a new PC that can handle a lot of graphic and photography work. Right now I am working with Creative Suites 3 but I need a computer that can handle CS4 if and when I upgrade.

What are you using right now, a Windows system or a Mac? I'll take it you are a Windows user. Well if you are happy with Windows then stick with Windows. The price for the hardware is much less for comparable stats. However if you can afford the Mac and it will do what you want, I'd say go with the Mac. If I had the money, and was justified in spending it, I'd get a Mac.

However since the hardware is most important to me, and I am comfortable with Windows, I see no reason in my case to move to the Mac platform. There is no reason other than personal preference to go with one over the other, both will do the job and do it well.
