wardie Goldmember More info | Feb 02, 2009 19:07 | #1929 amsm wrote in post #7240137 A quick Teleconverter question. With kids footy and soccer seasons coming up and since I was too late to post instant on a Sigma 10-20 on OCAU, I was wondering about consoling myself by going the other way and getting a teleconverter to use with the 400D and 70-200 f2.8/L. Does anyone have any experience with the Kenko 2X as advertised on D-D Photo ? The Canon one looks nice, but as I'm still hoping to grab an 10 -20 sometime soon, I'm wondering if the extra money is justifiable. I'm mainly going to be using it for kids sport and next season, for surf lifesaving type stuff. I use the Kenko Pro 300Dg x2 TC and have good results with my 100-400L. I can even get AF in good light sometimes (wide open), but usually it's manual on that lens.
