I'm a girl!
They are pretty, but much better on a shelf (or someone else's feet) than on my feet....reminds me of forms of torture.

Give me a pair of docs or bushwalking boots anyday, I even had my salsa dancing shoes custom made sans-heels. They thought I was strange...

Hehe, I'm barefoot virtually all the time but I adore heels. Thankfully they don't seem to hurt me and I can be in them for hours and hours with no problems.

Mostly now they're just for fun so only get to wear them for short periods anyway...no all night partying here, just quiet dinners or a few hours out with mates!

Magnificent velvet blue pumps on this morning. This afternoon she was back in flats. LOL!

No reason to ruin a nice pair shoes on a boring ol commute at the end of the day!

Can you believe it's 4am again? I so need to get back on schedule!

Morning crew.. and THE_ANGUS.

Got up at 6am today, approximately 8 hours before my usual holidays get-up time. Boy, I've gotta get out of these bad sleeping habits.

but I adore heels.

Me too Krispy! But unlike you, they hurt my feet. I like to wear heels around the house when I'm strutting around in my mankini.

Anyway, BLOODY Paypal. I've got two accounts linked up - my ANZ Savings and my Mastercard. Whenever I buy something on eBay and there ain't enough in my Savings, Paypal knows to dig from the Mastercard instead. Well I bought something off hvstar.net and paid via. Paypal. Paypal didn't check and withdrew the whole amount from my Savings and now for the first time in ages my Savings account is in the red. Got charged that 'Honours Fee' too for going under zero. UGH!!!

*asplodes*

I think I preferred it when you WEREN'T around at this hour of the day...

Off to Launceston tomorrow morning, but can't take the camera bag. Will slip the body and one lens into the bag. But which lens? Sigh...

cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

I'm still thinking the 85/1.2 might be the go. I just don't want to go anywhere without it...

Take 'em both :)

Well, that's what I usually do.

But.

I'm going overnight, and think I only have one bag carry-on, which has to be my laptop bag because I kinda need it for work, which is why I'm going.

And that means I need the laptop, binoculars, AFL season guide, recorder, etc. So not a lot of room left for camera gear.

Maybe I should just take the G9 :-)

You may laugh, but one of my friends had the G9 on my recent big adventure and I swear that I would have been perfectly happy to have only had that with my for about 90% of the time. She friggin rocked her photos (especially after attending some of my seminars <end personal pat on back!>;)
