I recently received a 50D and wanted to get together with some locals who are willing to help out one another. I would be willing to pay for some lessons and share my equipment with other for some shooting tips. I am a Systems Engineer and would be willing to help you out with any computer needs in exchange for some tips etc.

I take a lot of family photos, landscapes and construction site photos (nvcphotos.com).

I am not certain what it is you are looking for but if you are over this way let me know and we can get together, talk photography and take some photos here in the Napa Valley.

Looking to get into Landscapes and taking pictures of my kids. I will let you know if I make it around your area. You can always look me up when you're in the Sacramento area as well.

Hi all-

Now that spring is upon us, let's see if we can get this going again. I'm about 45 minutes from Sac but am more than willing to drive if there is any interest in a meet-up.

We had a great POTN meeting in SACTO last fall. I'm sure many of us will be back that way. The next organized POTN meet is in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park. You are more than welcome to join us.

I checked that thread and didn't see your name. (WOW, second post - how did I miss that?) I'm glad to hear you will be there. My wife and I are looking forward to the day also.

I am up for something in the SACTO area. This month is shot, May is booked (trip to Mexico) so June looks like the soonest for me. Others may well be interested in something sooner.
