5D2 HD video of a Purple Heron in flight

I knew it's just a matter of time before I make crazy attempts at capturing HD videos of a flying bird using the 5D2's movie mode, with no benefit of AI servo. Here's sharing some clips I got the other day at Candaba wetlands, Philippines. :mrgreen:

That's really nice. The way it processes the blowing grass is real testimony as to how the DigiC IV can encode at high bit rates. Nice work.


"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Shallow DOF makes the grass look cool, good effort at tracking it whilst it was flying!
