Here's week 10 of my 52 weeks of strobist...

Its been a while since a while since I've shared anything, been reading along though. So I figured it was about time.... hope ya like

ZS, that's very nice. Wondered it the blue design was added in post, then saw the over spray. Lovely light. F20? that's getting close to refraction loss on most lenses.

SAV, nice. I'd clone out the light highlight in the glass lens. Interesting lighting and looks like some post work as well. Good Job. I'd either darken the left and right hot spots on the background or crop them off.

Scott, I like the look of the lighting but her pose and expression leave something to be desired as well as the crop that cuts her arm off. The flowers, etc in the background are visual clutter for me.

Thank you. I've never had a problem with refraction, and I often shoot f/16-22 while in studio. The lens used was 24-70 f/2.8L. And skin smoothing was real minimal, as she had foundation airbrushed on

cheap beauty dish case

If anyone is looking for a cover for there AB beauty dish go to Wally world (Wal Mart) and pick up a laundry bag. I got one yesterday and it fits both of my dishes plus 11" reflector and I can put a couple more things too. I wish AB made one for it but I had to compromise. It's $5 and blue..if that matters..
It works great...dont need to worry about getting them dirty or scratched up now..
