Nope, not far at all. About 30 mins from the WW and BF bridges.
I would definitely love to tag along on a shoot and pick your brain.
Or even have a strobist type meet.

^^ I used two ab800's at 45 degrees left and right rear and a b1600 shot into a white umbrella camera left for fill, the sun replaced my other lights as the key.

for a comedy or "LOL" gallery at school

there's already about 2" of rain and its about 43* outside.. so it wasn't too pleasant but we got it done in good time
