Hi all

Here are two shots of Winter Wrens. They are always quite a challenge to photograph and I must admit that for a long time they were my nemesis bird. I never got shot I was happy with and it wasn't for the lack of trying. The spell was broken last year and I got decent shots on several different occations. This year is off to a good start since my first shots of 2009 are of Winter Wrens. I had been hoping to get a shot of one in the snow so I was pretty happy with the first shot. Please feel free to comment (C&C). :-)

Yeah... These are real nice pictures... Real, real nice.

Wrens are pretty cute looking birds... I hope to see more of them at my feeder... Just had one here last week, for the first time.

Excellent work here with the first image getting most of my attention for the exposure/light on the entire scene including the snow, the amazing details and the wonderful BG. Super image!
