I got bored and wanted to chill out tonight. So I busted out some lights and a picture taking machine.

how far away are you from the wall?
do you have a seprate light to get that effect behind you?

I am actually sitting in a chair with an umbrella camera right next to my face and an undiffused bulb camera left to the side of me. That light helped illuminate the back wall a bit. I was probably 4 feet from the wall.
