85mm + Extension EF12 II + Macro Question

I took a pic of some particles of sand using the lens with all the extras mentioned in the title. If I want to say that this particles are enlarged by x amount, How's the math done? or better yet if you know the answer, How should I describe the exact enlargment of the photo? Thank You

Edit: Instead of macro it should say a Close up lens as in my signature.

Take a pict of a ruler at MFD. Use the width of your capture, divided by the width of the sensor. That's your answer.
