I had a balance of $3.32 that I couldn't redeem because $5 is the minimum. I had a cashback of $33.75 pending. I figured Id wait till it cleared and request the whole balance of $37.07. Today It cleared but the system automatically sent the $33.75 to my paypal account with out me requesting it and now my balance is back to $3.32 that it wont let me have. What the hell?

Just use the cashback on other online stores in the future, like J&R, and build up the balance maybe?

Notify the FBI?

I kid. I kid. I had $200 pending and they automatically sent it to my Paypal account. No troubles.

The topic should read "...screwed me out of $3.32 for the time being". It's not like they took that $3.32 away from you.

Yeah, that's a minor problem with them. I just now got $50 they owed me from a transaction in September. Well, they didn't even give me what they owed me. I was supposed to get 25% (and I sent them the printout of the page showing the item and the percentage I was supposed to get) but they awarded only 17.5%.

They screwed it up and it didn't post. It took me months to get them to post it . Then, they said since they "faked it" I had to wait the entire 60 days from the date they fixed it when I was already way past 60 days from the purchase date.

When it works, its great. When it breaks, its a disaster.

Some are automatically sent to PayPal, others you have to request. Last I looked J&R was still paying 7% and Adorama 3% through the merchant cashback. Find something cheap to bring your amount up to $5 so you can cash in. You have to request cashback from Adorama and J&R.
