that's very pretty!

The one thing that you might want to make a habit of doing is always checking your horizon line (to see if it's straight)...if not before shooting definitely in PP.

Could be the planet, too. Just thought I'd throw that in just to confuse.

I assume they light up thelighthouse for the rich people dinning at the restaurants nearby. Otherwise, it dosent make sense at all!

It was so super nice here today I packed up the boys and went to the lake about 45-50 minutes from here.
Grabbed this among a bunch of others. How can I make this better?!
Thanks! And once again, congrats to those of you who made it in the book!

Quite nice. Shots like that, with so much contrast between the sun and ground can be quite challenging to expose. You did well.

What he said! I'm with them on checking horizons, though. Puddle always sees things a little off kilter, one of the reasons we like him. ;)

I'm checking out early. I just found out that less than 12 hours from now I'll be testifying before the State Senate about the importance of highly capable education. Now all I have to do is write up and practice my testimony and still find time for some sleep.

Thanks! Sunrises are great too. You just have to get up early, or come home from work at that time (like I do)!
