HI,

I am a new proud owner of 50D. Used micro-af tune with my new lens 24-105 and pics are very sharp.

What do you think. :)

Congrats and welcome to POTN! Hope you have a healthy bankroll because this place will light up your credit cards.

(Hopefully the 24mm end is wide enough for you.)

nice kit

you may want to try out Neat Image v6 I use it with my 50D and it maintains sharpness while reducing noise.

Thanks. I am planning to add 17-40L, whenever (if) I have some spare cash. For now, I must learn to be happy what god has bestowed on me. ;)

I want God to bestow me with some photography gear! Usually, it's my wallet that bestows it upon me!

I do have Noise Ninja, do you think Neat Image would be better? Please let me know. I have shot with Canons and other brand. 50D infact has more noise than other different brand camera I have used in recent past. Hmmm.
But, you should be happy with the setup, and should learn its limitations and strengths and try to exploit them. :)
