For a web consultant who wants to use a photo of mine in a state government web site header?
Here's the inquiry:
The photos would strictly be used in the header for the website, and are
used to depict an overall view of Mississippi. The images will not be used
on items for sell, etc. Sometimes the agencies will come back later and
want to use the banners on print items such as brochures, posters, and
other items that would not be for sale, and the agencies are always
informed of the restrictions on the images used in these headers.
