Hi Vroom - I like the first and last ones the best.

The first because the ice drops almost look like leaves or small grape clusters; the last because it is very unusual and unique in that you don't quite know what you are looking at. This makes them both special and something that you don't see everyday; unique and different is always appealing when done aesthetically.

Borders aren't that important - the work stands or falls on its own ;). I judge some local shows a couple of times a year and typically they are presented in plain white mats, but that's about it. But keep experimenting. - Stu

Nice.

Something about #3 I'm not so hot about, at first I chalked it up to "too much shadow" but then #4 & #5 have a lot of shadow too and I really like them.

Are you doing anything special for the B&W conversions? I really like them.

Thanks for the kind remarks you two.
The reason I like using a border on my digital work (only digital not print) is to tie it in with my name and site. I'm also a freak when it comes to stuff being the same lol.

The last shot was of some trees and the light behind them.

I guess the only thing "special" for the conversions would be lots of contrast lol.

Thanks you guys,
Bob

What version do you prefer?

Thanks

I really like the first shot. It looks like a frozen wave!

The second set I like the color picture better, but that's just my personal preference.
