looking for a good quality printer which prints upto 8x10

I've bought epson r1800 used one, but it started not working and has CIS setup which also does not working correctly.

I really want canon pro9000, but since i don't print that much, Im looking for lower? level than pro9000 or Epson R1800. and cost around $200.
