New fluids needed? Old ok? I usually use the visible dust green, and have on 5d classics.
It's probably too early for reports, and I don't need a cleaning, but probably good to get this out there!

He'd be your best bet at getting an answer. Unless you have someone that's been changing lenses in the middle of the dessert, the self-cleaning should still be working well for most folks. I have a massive blob of dust on my sensor despite using the built-in cleaning and a rocket blower... Though I might hold off until just before the warranty expires! http://flickr.com/photos/stephenhildrey/

Hopefully the link works but if not just search the Canon UK website (Google it) for Service & Repair. I think I'd hold off taking it in until near the end of warranty, then any other niggles can be sorted at the same time if they arise, as you were probably thinking in the first place. Thanks - the link worked a treat. My main hesitation is sending the camera in the post - Royal Mail have a habit of destroying my things... http://flickr.com/photos/stephenhildrey/
