For you guys that have done this before - How exactly do you do them?

Do you stich the pictures 1st do stich then HDR or do you do run each set for HDR then stich?

I'm confused ..

thanks!

First run the batch processing to get tone mapped images.
Then stitch.

Great series. 1-3 are superb. Wish you could link to larger images.
I guess you can watermark at will. And people steal other peoples work. Not that I have heard any gotten stolen from POTN, but rather Flickr and those sites.
Here is a link from Zacker: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=609801
I like a nice frame around it with my signature in it, but that is my choice.

The panos are lovely - nice light and nice treatment. No. 1 could use a little more contrast, just a simple "S" curve to add a little pop. What else is there to say - print 'em and hang 'em!

Awesome shots, I'm usually very critic about Panos and HDR because I love both subjects so you can count this as a very positive comment for your hard skin :)

Congrats,

wouldn't it be better to stitch each set of panos for each exposure group then create hdr

You can use full HDR workflow in Hugin and the like. If not, I usually make the HDRs in PSCS3, one HDR for each pano frame. Then I use PSCS3 to merge the HDRs into a pano and save the pano as HDR or EXR. Then tonemap the single HDR pano, tweak in PS, etc.

I tried to make 3x panos. What I noticed was that the size of all 3 panos where different size. Then you can't do a HDR in Photomatix.

But I might work for you, so just find which workflow is best for your taste :)

One thing to consider is the time it takes to make 3 or more panos and then create the HDR. I think my workflow is faster?
