I took this picture with my 90mm Tamron so it sort of fits here... but I did it while it was inside my newly constructed home made lightbox.


And it isn't really "Macro" in a true sense... but it is a flower and I know y'all like flowers!!! :cool:

Thanks for the comments... I agree this photograph is very high key...

but if I adjust the white balance too much the white background (and it is supposed to be white) will become grey... and I don't want that.

I did attempt to use a piece of black paper to create a black background in my light box but it was too reflective and I'm going to hit up a craft store later and get some black felt or something similar to use instead...

I think a subject such as this could be very neat with a black background.
