Is this a shoulder bag? or a big belt bag with strap on the shoulder? What is the brand and model?

Who knows what's on the front... as far as I can tell, it might even be something to hold a kid on the front...

That white cloth on his shoulder seems to indicate that he's actually holding a baby in the front, so it's most likely not a camera bag.

that white cloth i think is to wipe sweat as he is shooting from a parade. the fact that there is a camera strap on his neck, i think there is a camera in front his body and looks like he is checking something in his camera which might be on top of the bag.

why i'm asking this is, it looks like there is a good distribution of weight to his back. i'm looking for a camera bag that could fit 2 camera bodies (not full frame), 70-200mm F2.8 L IS, 24-70mm F2.8 L, 20-20mm lens, few batteries, filters and other accessories. Together with this, i'll be carrying 5.5 lbs tripod for 6-8 hours a day for a week. any suggestions are appreciated.

Agreed. Probably a combat photog with no babysitter.

Well, the thing around his neck is a POTN neckstrap, or a strap made by the same manufacturer (OpTech?) - the nonslip-dots and the large neoprene padding give it away. IMO this is an excellent neck-strap. Don't know about the straps crossing his back though.

Something like the Kata 3N1-20 Sling perhaps?
