We had about 3 inches on snow last night. Just enough to cover the trees. Here are some shots from today. All were taken with the 50D, 500mm F/4 lens.

Thanks Mitch. The Towhee just all of a sudden showed up. I was surprised and luckily he sat still long enough to capture this shot. They're a beautiful bird.

Stunning photos full of detail. As a 30D owner these photos really do remove doubts about the detail in the 50D shots for me. Beautiful work. Johnathan
