And EEKS!!! Augmentin is the "big guns" for ear infections, isn't it? I hope he feels better really soon too. :(

Sorry I meant sinus infection, "we" thought he had an ear infection. He even had 102.1° at the urgent care.

Kids sick are no fun, I tried to put bringing him in until today. But I'm glad my wife convinced us to go to urgent care yesterday.

I gave blood today.

I got really nauseous afterwards, and got the red bag of shame draped over my chest.
Nice first experience, eh?

LOL!
Really tho, good for you. The mere thought of a needle draining my lifes blood makes me dizzy *holds on to desk for a minute*

Life has suddenly become wonderful and a tad complicated too... but I'll take it without complaint!

Jenn, a bit of complication, some difficulty, that is what keeps one day from being too much like the rest.
Nothing good comes easy ;)

I agree... we have funny enough, settled into some predictable routine of contact... now the fun of who goes where when, but you're right... Nothing good comes easy... and this isn't easy for either of us.... But like I said... it's wonderfully complicated... and I'll take it... :D

With that said... I'm heading off to bed... I'm bleary eyed!!! Night ya'll!!!

Holy moly! They're already taking away a day from us from Spring break...we're losing a teacher work day this month and they've added 2 days onto the END of the school year.... All from this recent snow we've had! I can't imagine getting a WHOLE week off NOW and in the spring!!!! WOW!

A biohazard bag in case the nausea went too far. I dubbed it that after the lady looked at me and asked it I was ok, I told her I was nauseous, and she hollered over for a "Red bag, please! Quickly!"...

OOOooohhh.. That could have been messy. :

Good on you :) I used my modified school ID, that said I was 18, to give blood when I was 16. I went to lunch right after and came back to typing class where I passed out.

I guess I'm lucky. I never get the queezies. Guess it's all the stuff I got on the inside. I'm pressurized. :)

Can anyone recommend a good Verizon phone. I don't need to get online. I have the LG Chocolate right now and don't like it at all.

3 snow days are built into our calendar each year as we are expected to close that much on average. we start school after labor day and go until the end of september.

I forget how old she was....2nd or 3rd grade I think. Anyway she was running across the playground to say hello to a favorite teacher (I think) and a boy was running across at cross paths...because the bell had rung (she'll probably come on and correct this all). Anyway, they crashed ...Tif led with her nose......the school called us. We only had one car so Dan had to come home from work to pick her up. He took her to the doctor and I stayed home with Gus. (who was very young)....Anyway at the doctor, they told him that she'd need immediate surgery...bone chips everywhere...so what does he do? He NEVER CALLS ME...he had meant to pick up some oil for the car so he stops at the car place picks up the oil, takes her to the hospital...WAITS TIL SHE'S IN SURGERY and then called me. Didn't come get me...nothing.

He did not realize that not letting a mother see her child before emergency surgery could have cost him his marriage let alone his life.:lol: They had to completely reconstruct the one side of her nose and she's fine.

A friend took me to the hospital and I was there when she woke up.

Dan's made some great man-style decisions her, I couldn't have done better myself!:D

That is one of the phones I looked at online, the reviews make it sound ok. People say it looks kinda like a kiddie phone.

The Moto Krave is a very nice phone. I'm not a fan of LG phones. Nor Sony/Ericsson either. Both pump a whole lot of RF into your head. Granted the guys in the know say that RF blasting into your head will not give you tumors, but I have seen what a brain tumor does and there is no way I'm willing to even risk it.
