Hi
I am trying to find the support contact email address for Canon UK but having difficulty finding it on their website. Not only do I have a Canon camera but also a Canon Lide 90 scanner that I need some help with. Can anyone help please?
(Unless anyone here also has a Lide 90 scanner ....)
Thanks.

Here you go.

Phone numbers and web email form and a route to finding repair centres, if that's what you need.

I have a Canon Lide 90 scanner, what a nightmare tempermental piece of CR4P.

It just sits on the shelf collecting dust nowadays (I use a PIXMA MFD now)

Whats up with yours?

Thanks for the address.

To be fair it has worked ok until recently as I now find I cannot use the action buttons on the front of the scanner. They won't work. I have to open MP Navigator (supplied software) and scan/copy/pdf etc from that direct, whereas before I could just push a button and it would immediately scan etc.

I don't know whether it has any relevance but this all changed about the time I loaded all the apps for my new EOS camera that I had for Christmas. Could there be a conflict. I suppose I could just systematically uninstall the lot but basically can't be bothered!

I know it is no big deal but it was much quicker to use the front buttons.

I am on an Intel iMac running OSX. :(

Hah... Canon's been a bit lax in producing drivers/software for the Mac.

In order to use my Canon Scanner, I had to buy some third party software to get it to work.

.... and did that cure the problem I have with front buttons? Do you have them on yours?

I have one button on my scanner. It ceased to function as soon as I moved from a Windows latop to a MacBook...
