Long day in Aspen. Snowed most of the day. I know that it is not a 5D II or a 1D series, but, the 20D still does a great job. Canon 70-200/2.8L and x1.4 Tamron converter. Corrected levels and exposure in Aperture. cc's always welcomed.

Hope this is the right forum for these. I toiled with motor sports, but it is the X games after all.

Great shots, I think the background kills it though......way too much white.

CG, Thanks for the input. I agree, but as much as it snowed on Sunday we were given two backgrounds to work with. White and grey was it. The only other options was espn equipment. Next year I plan on going with credentials.

From a different pespective, I think the background gives you a neat idea of the enviroment where the action is taking place.

I kept wonder where the other 11 pictures were :o

Now that Ive got that sorted out, I dont mind the background but I mind that you cant really see where hes jumping from or where hes landing. What bother me in #2 is that its soft compared to #1.

Where in the posts did you find the info to where the other 11 were because I was wondering the same thing. I agree with Adams critique.

Winter X games XIII. As in the 13th iteration of the games. ;-)a
Caught me at first too, I had to read it twice.

Why do my profession and all of my hobbies require so much gear?!

After I created the post I figured out that it might not be the best title. I did end up with a number of keepers.

Sorry for the confusion
