I get a lot of blue noise that doesn't appear on the Jpeg version of the picture. Is it just me? What am I doing wrong? Please help and let me know if anyone else is having the same problem.

The onboard JPG conversion does a lot of noise reduction, especially with these small chips. You'll need to find a way to replicate that in your post processing Canon 5DMkII, 7D, 40D, Elan 7E, EOS 10s, G12
