Shot as an assignment for my college newspaper, please comment.

I don't use a diffuser or a bounce card, but some of the shots I used the built in wide angle (14mm) flash diffuser of the 430exII, and in some I used a notebook paper folded in two and held it directly in front of the flash.

I must say I was trying out different things. It was a pretty good learning experience to get to know my flash. Since I was short on time, I didn't step out of the ETTL mode.

Its weird asking people to pose in the gym :D

Need help prepping gym shots up. I wanted to use the nifty50, but I stayed with the kit for flexibility.
