The closest match I can find points to a "Common Yellowthroat" (Geothlypis Trichas), but I'm not so sure it is an exact match.

I couldn't see the image so I'm re-posting it.
I don't see this one either but I know I did it correctly. Photo bucket blows -_-

Okay I made a flickr account. Lets try this...

IMAGE NOT FOUND
IMAGE IS A REDIRECT OR MISSING!
HTTP response: NOT FOUND | MIME changed to 'image/gif' | Redirected to error image by FLICKR

The image is soft (about 90% crop) but I'm more concerned with the species than the capture right now.

all the pics are showing up on my screen.
As for the ID - the only thing I know with certainty is that it's a warbler. I suspect Northern Parula, but have never seen one myself, so it's up for grabs.

The female northern parula is the closest I could find too but they show a white eye ring, not sure if your has that or not with the small image.

About a 150ish% crop
The first two still aren't showing up for me :/
As you can see there is no ring, but your suggestions do look close. I appreciate the help! :)

I think it is a common yellowthroat. Just doesn't have his nice sharp springtime mask yet.

I think your right, you can see the browner head and partial mask in these last shots.
