Ranch Rodeo

Does anyone know anything about a ranch rodeo? Ive been asked to bid one for later this year. they want photographs for the web and trade shows. I'm thinking about a per day cost. That would include web sized pictures.

The first thing I thought of is would they allow you to sell images to participants like you normally would? This could affect your price to them if you thought there was a chance for other sales.

Yes I will be able to sell other photographs. THey want to be able to use some photographs for thier wed site and ads. They are the ones that asked for a bid. I need to cover my room, food and gas. It is almost eight hours travel time from my home.
