Those two look good! Did the water come out that dark in the original or did you do that? I like the look

The Amgen Tour of California visited San Francisco on Monday! I shot this at the Neutral race start at the Marina Green. I was lucky enough to get a spot which had a view of the Golden Gate as well.

Nice shots guys!

i tried to shoot from the same spot but the traffic was crazy the night I was up there. I swear I felt one of the cars going by brush the back of my leg!

So, I went to the side and shot from the other side of the railing

Beautiful shot!

But if you look at the angle of view of the other shots, you'll see they were shot from a little different location, higher up.
You need to drive up on the island, around the housing for the base.
Once up there, you park on the side of the road, walk down some stairs to a fence line. I guarantee there will be no cars driving by you.
If there are, they're in the very wrong spot!

And Kristy, you're on!

Thanks!

Sweet! I'll have to look up how to get up there the next time I visit the island. I was wanting to take the trail to the bottom of the island but it was too dark by the time I got there.

It's quite the drive with a few turns. I'll be happy to show you where it is.

Perhaps I smell a local meetup?

Killjoy got it perfectly! I drove by the spot you was at DB but i didn't feel comfortable there. People don't know how to drive here.

Sounds like a place to talk about when we meet in August, Alan.
