I started out my year by capturing some images on my 'must have' list with the pair of Bald Eagles I follow. I have a long list so I hope to add more as the nesting season progresses. :D

This is probably as close to a wing spread I will get from this pair of Eagles...they really like the cover of trees around their nesting area.

So far 2009 has been good to me as far as getting bird shots. Just took this the other day thought it came out decently.... This will be a great thread.

Wow fantastic thread, your backyard birds are my amazing creatures. And just to show anybody who thinks they cannot do bird shots this was taken two weeks after getting my 450D which is my first camera ever....
