Anybody know of any web sites out there that will give me some guidelines (starting at the beginning!) on how to use my D60 and 550EZ flashgun ?

The best way that I have found to get good pictures is not to do anything but mount the flash in the hot shoe and take pictures. That was the advice I was given when I first purchased my stuff and it is the advice I will pass on. Don't mess with the flash just mount it and shoot, if you do you will lose yourself in unessesary settings. I take lots of pictures and use my flash daily and have never had a picture that was out of whack because of the flash.
