Need some help with cropping please...

Hey guys.. I took this picture at a birthday party and the guy in the background killed the picture. I'm having trouble trying to crop it because I don't have much room to work with.

What would you guys recommend? Clone out his finger? Or clone his finger and make him look like he's throwing a peace sign? haha..

Feel free to edit the photo and give me your opinion

Lots of easy fixes, but cloning out his entire hand and then blurring the background probably works best:
