Mt. Reboubt in Alaska is showing signs that an eruption is imminent.

I loved the view of this volcano last June, but I wondered what it would be like to live in this cabin during an eruption.

:-) Are you sure if it is a big as when Mount Saint Helens went up in 1980 you could still be in the "Leaving in a body bag" zone

I am heading over there next weekend for some eagle shots, but maybe i will get some volcanic activity shots as well! Now i have to get back to covering all our companies PC's with plastic in case we get any ash fall from an eruption...

Yep, it would be cool to get some of those "mushroom" cloud shots!! If it is clear on Sunday, I may have to drive south and maybe get some shots. It's too bad the Ak Volcano website is getting overloaded. Can't keep up with things quite as easy when they are down.
