The online reviews regarding artscow are mixed, but the gripe seems to be about customer service, not fraud, so I'll give it a shot. It's hard to pass up "free" (plus postage). - I discovered I scream the same way whether I'm about to be devoured by a great white shark or if a piece of seaweed touches my foot.

I never dealt with customer service so I cannot speak from that experience but the print quality was not good. The prints looked cheap. It's a good day if I'm looking down at the grass and not up at the roots.
