Just to make sure, Rebel XS and 420EX do play well together, right?

Just want to make sure the DRebel XS plays well with the 420EX. Per Canon's specs, the XS works with any EX series flash, so my guess would be "yes." But, I wanted to ask you all... just for verification.

The only issue I can think of which you might encounter with the 420EX is that its AF assist beam will probably not work will all the AF points. If you only use the center AF point, then it won't be an issue. But if you do move your AF points around depending on the composition, then just be aware of that limitation.
