I suspect many of the cheaper ones are old USB1.1 versions. This pre supposes that your PC has USB2.0 ports i.e. is less than 3 years old??? There is a noticable speed difference of data transfer between USB 1.1. to 2.0 That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans
