I was team capitain! And you submit 5 of your best pics per person so 15 images per team. Voted upon that. Its interesting overall and looking forward to the others results. I know mine rank in the high caliber section (first time I am praising my work) but I not compared to those guys overall before.

This was the response from one of her friends: Sorry Jo, I couldn't resist replying to this. If you look at Flickr's terms of service, it clearly states in there that you have no rights about how any content is used if you make it publicly available to the web, and in fact Yahoo have the right to: "the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed." So, nothing you could do with any of the photos on Flickr could come close to what people are signing away their rights to when they hit that innocuous little "Yes, I agree to your TOS" check-box!!! ![]() Man it's sad that I cared enough to research this at this time on a Sunday morning - I obviously didn't drink enough last night! IInteresting read actually as i looked into it and it seems he is right! Dan That was a great meal ~ you must have a good set of pans

Supposed to be a surprise for the missus' birthday in July so I hope she doesn't read this, but I'm taking her to Barcelona for 4 days. Of course photography never entered my mind at all when choosing a destination. No sense and unfortunately not enough money.
