Yeah, I have "The Moment it Click" by him as well. A very good read.

It's my bog-book (along side the monthly income of top Gear magazine!)

It's no wonder the poor guy doesn't post here anymore. I can just imagine him curled up into a quivering ball at his desk these days ;)

Couple photos from this past weekend.

1. Day one had awesome visibility and empty slopes.

2. Who's that dashing young boarder?? (ok, dashing may be a bit of a stretch. And young too...)

3. Couple of my friends rocking the gondola while a confused italian child looks on :)

4. Day two had a bit less visibility but heaps of fresh snow!

5. Not that you could see any of it...

Let me know how you get on with the V4's Victor/Neal, i may trade up from the v2s's if they are decent. I think the shape of the receiver alone is worth the upgrade because mounting the flash on top of a light stand with the v2 is a nightmare!

Exactly the reason i want v4's!

I looked at it and it does seem like I good deal. I really just don't have any more room in my camera bag!

Hrmm...unless I start storing the lens hoods separately...

That shouldn't stop you, get a bigger bag :D

Hi Rayk, welcome to the club! :D You'll certainly fit right in here - your big cat series on your website looks great :D

So, what's everyone up to today? Boring old work for me.

I think we must've finished Chris off yesterday with all the critters! :D

Thanks

Glad to hear you like it. Some people just don't get on with the focal length, but it works great for me. And the fact that it's got blindingly fast AF is a good thing for me as well.

A bit long on the crop bodies but it has its uses. Will be great on a FF, like the 5D when I get it :-)
