Lewis! Those are awesome! Nice work and design. I might as you to do mine.

Only downside, I love Moo.com since I can have 100 and each one can be individually designed. Nice way to network at events.

I know the results at the end of day are more worthwhile than handing out a card.

Talking of Camera Insurance, who do you guys use? I'm currently with Photoguard and its all starting to get quite expensive.

Just out of interest, if you buy a camera + lens kit, how do you put it on the insurance?
Body and lens separately? Obviously this is insured to a higher value as they cost more separately, but i was wondering if they would see that you had paid less in kit form on your receipt/invoice and not pay out that higher value anyway?

Home Contents. I think I pay about £50 per year for about £7k of gear.

I'm with Glover and Howe. Not sure how their prices compare but I do know if you need to claim, they payout with minimal fuss.

As far as I am aware I you are covered for x amount even if your receipt says you paid less than x amount. For a kit insurance I would register them as separate items as it will make claiming easier should you need to replace one or the other.

Theres a meet on the 19th April in London if you are keen?

Oh yeah? Got Matt's wedding to shoot on Saturday 18th, plus a big delay in other processing, plus possible jet lag? Not sure if I could make that one!

Ahh, neat. That abandoned car park to the left would be good for some car shots at sunset :) Mitesh?

Better than Sainsburys car parks ;)

that's the old site for Hoverlloyd Pegwell Bay hoverport at Ramsgate, [1969 - 1987] and if you look above there on the grass there is a Full scale Viking ship

There used to be a go-cart racing track on that site after the hoverport closed which was quite cool.

I'm with photoguard and although they seem expensive I'm happier to have it all covered and have the peace of mind that goes with it.

My 20D I bought with the kit 18-55 lens and I just have the body itemised - the kit I have put into the "miscellaneous" gear costs. I recently went through my list of items and upped the value of most things due to the recent price hikes. I would have found myself out of pocket should I have needed to make a claim.

I don't think they take price differences in to account as they bill according to your price evaluation.

Goodnight

Beautiful set, Warren. I bet they're really happy with them.
I did laugh at the one where the girls looked like they've been caught in a fishing net :D

I really need to get insured, preferably before my holiday. It always seems so expensive though...I've spent less on car insurance in the past.

Not a huge fan of your contact details side mate. It's too hard for me to read, seems needlessly convoluted.

The image on the back is nice though :)

Without looking at the exifs, I would guess they were done with his 85L. It is amazing for colours. Plus, Warren's not a bad photog either, so that helps :)
