Nope, wound me up too much :D I will now though...

I was standing in WH Smiths yesterday looking at the Camera/Photoshop magazines. Right next to that section is a PC/mac stand. I lent over and started reading a mac magazine (pretty rubbish, but thats beside the point!)

Just then, two School kids (from my old school funnily enough) started looking at "Which Camera" to find out what the most reccomedned entry DSLR is. Its a Nikon D90. The one looking at the mag said he was going to head to Jessops now to buy it
I resisted the urge to say anything - they were taking this mag as gospel.

Then one turned to the other, pointing at the Mac magazines and said "why on earth would anyone ever buy a mac?" ~Whilst i am standing there with a Mac magazine in my hand! I looked at them and they finally noticed, got all embarrased and apologised.

As punishment I then berated them for not doing more research than just looking in "Which" magazine and told him to get a Canon. I had my mk2 5D over my shoulder so i may have even been able to fool them into thinking i knew what i was talking about!

Hopefully i have saved 1 more hapless junior photog from joing to the dark side.
If nothing else i managed to confuse his purchase and cause him grief on the internet trying to work out which one to buy!

I don't think you can beat the SanDisk Firewire reader. Mega quick!

Hi all - just got back from 6 great day in Italy driving the Lambo Gallardo for an article my good lady is writing. Damm - I've still not calmed down enough yet to process all the pics but did do one :-) The car is AWESOME to drive and the Lambo people were beyond helpful.
QUOTED IMAGE

Absolutely glorious. If I won a crap load of money on the lottery, I'd buy one in a flash.

In Nero Nemesis, naturally....
