I wanted to show you what a little adjustments in the shadowing could do, then I added a touch of softening to the skin and ran a Crystal Clear action over the whole thing. About 1 minute of PP. I don't know very much about photoshop.  Gosh, I have all kinds of free and paid for Action and filter in PS that I like. This is called 'Quiet the Noise' where I can control the softening with a paint brush that I apply just where I want. Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
