Taken with 85mm f/1.8...the top three are at ISO1600, f/2, and 1/800...not sure about the last one.

I LOVE that lens!!

Rebel XT. 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6. 85mm f/1.8. Lensbaby 2.0.
Currently borrowing 7D, 50mm f/1.8, 28-135 f/3.5-5.6 Macro IS, Sigma 70-300 f/4.5-5.6.
I have a 220EX around somewhere....heh.

I think you have some good action there...White balance could be better as the images seem a bit flat...Keep it up!;-)a

Not bad, a little oof in some
1) would look better if the ball was in his hand,
2)Good, be better if the basket was included but i cant tell how far away it is.
3)neat candid type shot, but looks like everyone got thier hands dirty and are wiping their hands on their behinds. Some wont like the horizon.
4)is a bit out of focus, somewhat 'blah' shot.

Are you using ai servo mode for focus? Watch where you are focussing on also as this is what will be sharp in the final image. otherwise not a bad start, and youll get better for sure.

timing is good but they do lack any punch and seem pretty soft. With no eixf included, its hard to say too much other than to reiteratem ctr. pt and servo in case you aren't using them. you also need a custom wb as there is evident color shifting due to the lighting. keep at it and post some exif (or better yet, don't strip the exif in the first place) and I might have some further suggestions for ya.

The action is good but watch your composition. Also shots look a little soft and a custom WB would help with the colors.
