Can't James Horner compose an original piece of music?

Love his sound, even if it's very simple, but every piece he does is recycled from 10 previous movies with only minor alterations. It's like a cookie-cutter photographer, same stuff every time, the only thing that changes is the face it's done on.

I have done my best to keep this topic/rant at least loosely related to photography.
