After weeks of cloud in the UK we finally got a clear evening, though dogged by a half moon in just the wrong place. It was too good to miss however so -

30 x 4 minute sub-exposures captured with a Starlight Express SXV-M25C through a Takahashi FSQ85 guided with a Starlight Express Lodestar through Williams Optics ZS70 using PHD on a EQ6Pro Mount. Stacked with Deep Sky Stacker and processed with PixInsight with minor sharpening with Photoshop CS3.
Next clear night the aim is to add some longer subs to catch the fainter stuff around the outside and then some short ones for the Trapezium area.
