Remote Shooting

Has anyone tried remote shooting with a G10. Manual says it is possible, but can't seem to get it to work.
Any idea's would be real helpful, thanks in advance.:rolleyes:

I have the G9, but the manual and methods look the same. Which manual are you using? You need to look in the Software Starter Guide on page 32 for Windows, and page 61 for a Mac. You have to follow the instructions as they are presented.

Page 279 of the Camera User Guide lists Remote Shooting (PC) as a capability of the G10, but it's the Software Starter Guide that actually tells you how to do it.
