Feb 06, 2009 22:51 | #1 hello, yesterday i took a few pictures of black cars and found that i had to discard all the pictures, no details showed up (the shots were indoors), it just looked like a black hole. what are some good to know techniques to show the details of a black car indoors and out? CC welcome.

Feb 06, 2009 23:13 | #3   in the 2nd picture, i had to turn up the exposure a bit in raw editor. any brightening after that shows way too much noise, most pictures came out like pic #1 CC welcome.

That is why, the above references has so much spot, because the lighting in the showroom is direct. Here is an example of my work. All about lighting around the environment.
