5DII @ ISO3200. I could have easily done ISO1600, but I wanted to keep my shutter speed 1/200+ with the 135L, so I just kept it at 3200. This is the first time I've shot this venue without using the 30D (for reach). I'm not 100% sure that the pixel density of the 5D2 makes of for the crop factor in actual practice (AF precision seems to be a little more difficult when shooting wide and cropping)...but the 5DII images are certainly crop-able when focus is nailed.
The WB is a little weird, because they are using at least 3 different temp lights (~2800k, ~5800k, and LEDs).

White balance in 1-6 is fine on my monitor (Macbook Pro) but the last too have a touch too much magenta/red in the face. Probably not a big issue though.

I think 5 and 7 are my favs from this set, though something like #5 in landscape might have been cool too (think a tighter crop on 4).

great details captured in his black shirt. good shooting.

he seems a bit precious though...i'm suspect of anyone wearing knit hats inside a (presumably heated) room.

Thanks man. I see what you mean on the color cast. I'm red/green color blind so these things aren't always acutely obvious to me.

hahaha, I'm pretty sure he's bald or balding, and I suspect that is the reason for the hat. Your comment is pretty spot on though...I feel the same way about people who wear shades indoors.
These guys are pretty poppy, but they have some good songs (they are big fans of and influenced by Leonard Cohen).
