I don't usually photograph birds but couldn't help snapping this little chap, I thought it was quite acceptable until I saw some of the other shots in here. Forgive the poor exposure but it was the last throws of sunlight with the sun way low.

It's a Robin, or do you mean which sub species of Robin. If you do; I have no idea; sorry; but as I said I don't usually photograph birds and have no knowledge of their names etc.

The lighting is what makes this picture (in addition to the lovely focus).
