Mine says "The files appear to be unsupported or damaged". I've tried the full CR2, sRaw1, sRaw2 and all the same. DPP opens them with no trouble. Jeff

One of the features updated is camera support. Unfortunately, they do not release camera updates for a previous version as far as I know. Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here
